Individual is Infinite

Man was born free. All collectives of humans evolved long long after the first men. It was Man that created religion, caste, community, society, nation. Unfortunately, the creator is now captive to the very structures it brought into being because some people discovered the utility of these structures and gained control over them and now reign over the lives of silent, passive majority.

Communities (of nations, religions, sects) unify men but it is a limited unification. These effectively divide man from man. Instead of striving for own good, individual efforts are subverted for communal benefit. Collectives are restrained in their aspirations and achievements by their self-imposed boundaries or conflict of interests or sloth. A collective restrains the potential of the individual.

Unfortunately, the forces of division are so firmly entrenched that people are incapable of even imagining a free world. And the collectives command disproportionate physical force to defend their positions against individual resistance; transformation to a free world, thus, being near impossible. However, the least thinking men can do is rid themselves of all loyalties to collectives not formed by them.

When men start following a religion that they have created, are loyal to a nation that they have made and are associated with communities whose goals are aligned to their personal objectives, we would have taken the first step towards a free world.
